Here you are welcome; as a family with children, couples or friends. On the property, there is a playground and a trampoline. On the balcony, there is room for dinner or a drink by the seating area. At the entrance, you can read a book in the hammocks where the sun shines almost all day. In the nearby area, there is the possibility for swimming, hiking, disc golf, golf, blueberry picking and forest bathing. If you are looking for city life, the commuter train will take you to Gothenburg in just under 20 minutes. With a 20-minute drive, you will enter Kungälv. The space Our house has three bedrooms (one room with a 180 cm double bed, two small rooms with a loft bed 80 cm, a single bed is made under the loft beds when booking for 7-8 people). All rooms have windows that open. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer and pantry items are private), living room with wood-burning stove and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A cottage with a double bed, 160 cm, for two people (the cottage is only available when the booking is for more than 4 people). Free parking for 3-4 cars, charging box at cost price available. Guest access The house's entrance floor. The cottage is available for booking with more than 4 people. Other things to note The basement is not available. Surveillance cameras are located at the entrance, outside the garage (basement level at the back), and in the basement. No cameras in the living area. No cameras where guests normally stay. Sheets and towels are available to rent at a cost of SEK 70/set (one set/person = towel, sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase). This is included for bookings of 3 nights or more. Final cleaning is done by the tenant but can be transferred to us at a cost of SEK 1,500 if you only rented the house, (SEK 2,000 if you rented the house and the cottage). If the house is in really bad condition, we can charge an extra amount. If the cleaning is not sufficient, an additional fee will be charged. Waste sorting applies! Sort paper/cardboard, plastic and compost separately and dispose of in the trash cans. Glass, aluminum and cans can be left outside the door or driven to the waste disposal closer to Ale Square. Should anything break during your stay, let us know. You may be responsible for the cost of buying something new, if it is something bigger/more expensive that has broken.
