You are welcome here; as a family with children, a couple or a group of friends. On the property, there is a pool, playground equipment and a trampoline, and the whole house is yours. In the nearby area, there are opportunities for swimming, hiking and disc golf. If you're looking for the hustle and bustle of the city, the commuter train will take you into Gothenburg in just under 20 minutes. A 20-minute drive will take you to Kungälv. The space Our accommodation has space for 10 people, but the house itself is only 80 square meters, plus a cottage where four guests can sleep. There is only ONE toilet. We just want to inform you that for a reservation for 10 people, it may feel crowded. :) Our house has three bedrooms and a small cabin on the property. The cottage is only available when the booking is for more than 4 people. Fully-equipped kitchen, living room with wood-burning fireplace, and one bathroom with shower and washing machine. Please note that the contents of the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry are private, as this is our home. Sleeping arrangements: In the house, there is a bedroom in the basement with a 180 cm double bed. Two smaller rooms with loft beds 80 cm (single beds are made up under the loft beds when booking for 9-10 people). All rooms have windows that open. The small cottage has a double bed, 160 cm, for two people and a bunk bed, two beds 80 cm. Free parking for 3-4 cars, charging station available at cost. There is a barbecue on the patio. Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid if you wish to barbecue. On the property, there is a swimming pool, play structure, swings, and just outside the property, there is a trampoline, zip line and a natural obstacle course. No smoking in the vicinity of the house. Guest access The house's entrance level and the bedroom in the basement. The cottage on the property is available for booking by more than 4 people. Other things to note The rest of the basement, apart from the bedroom, is not available and will be locked. Surveillance cameras are located at the entrance, outside the garage (basement level at the back), and in the basement. No cameras in the living area. No cameras where guests are normally staying. Sheets and towels are available for rent at a cost of 100 SEK/set (one set/person = towel, sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase). This is included for bookings of 3 nights or more. Final cleaning is done by the tenant but can be left to us for a fee of SEK 2,000 if you have only rented the house (SEK 2,500 if you are more than 4 people). If the house is in a really dirty condition, we may charge an additional fee. If the cleaning is not sufficient, there will be a surcharge. Waste and recycling sorting is required! Sort paper/cardboard, plastic, compost, glass and metal separately and dispose of them in the trash bins. If the recycling is inadequate, a fee will be added. This happens if the municipality charges us due to inadequate recycling. You can leave the deposit outside the door. Should anything break during your stay let us know. If there is something larger/more expensive, you are responsible for the cost of buying a new one. Electric car charging box can be used at cost. 6.9 kW capacity. Type 2 contact.
