Mexico, Africa, Indonesia, and Europe live under one roof, in a single and wonderful villa at your disposal. The swimming pool in the garden is a really pleasant bonus! The space The entire villa is for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests, including the swimming pool - dimensions: 3.84 x 6.34 h 1.20 m. You will also be shown the private parking area, located right behind the house, upon arrival. The villa is located in a rural area, easily accessible by car. The spaces are very comfortable and you can breathe a beautiful atmosphere. The furnishings are inspired by the Japandi style that recalls the tones of the earth, minimal and sober lines, fabrics and natural colors. The three-mullioned windows of the terrace make this location very romantic, and we can assure you (because we have tried it in person!!) that having breakfast early in the morning, in this space of the house, with the scent of jasmine flowing from the balcony... is really relaxing and romantic! The interior restyling project aimed to tell the story of the life of the young owner, a photographer and videomaker who is a citizen of the world, based in Parma, who wanted to share his family home, to which he is deeply attached, with you guests. For this reason, we ask you to experience it with your family as well, in full respect of the decorations you will find. The wallpaper that embellishes some walls comes from England and is very valuable. We have deliberately freed up many spaces to let each room breathe and not weigh down your stay too much with unnecessary furnishings, but you will gradually find some memories of Lorenzo who, on his return from his travels, will continue to kindly leave here! :) Guest access The villa is reached from the main paved road and the private parking space is located in a space inside the olive grove near the house. Other things to note The villa was restyled in the spring of 2023 and the swimming pool was added at the end of June. You will find it perfectly functional and in its basic form. We hope you can enjoy this wonderful place soon! The garden around the pool is a very pleasant space both for those who want a little shade and for those who want to lose the sun. The beautiful jasmine will delight you with its intense scent and flowers, and our gardener will ensure the grass is cut and the green spaces are cared for throughout the season, without invading their privacy. You will see from the photos a neighboring house in pink, but no one lives there at the moment so you will be alone without neighbors :) All the furnishings have been enriched with fine English fabrics and wallpapers, so please be careful, especially if you have children with you, so that they are not damaged. The children's bedroom has been designed to create a harmonious and fun place for them with bright lights and colors, as well as a small play space without edges. If you are a business traveler, you will have a beautiful studio at your disposal, with relaxing furnishings and a beautiful light that enters from the romantic terrace with mullioned windows right in front of you. Working here remotely is a really pleasant experience. Baby bed is always available free of charge in accommodation, without the provision of sheets. Reminder: The cost of cleaning also includes bedroom and bath linens for each guest, as well as soap kits and shower foam.
