The design of this modern home includes three levels, providing privacy and separation for groups traveling together. The home features 3 sleeping spaces, 2 bedrooms with King sized mattresses and private bathrooms. The third sleeping space is located on the third level loft and features a comfortable queen sized sofa. Bedrooms are modernly designed, functional and feature new white linens and bedding that is kept clean and updated. The ground floor has an open layout from the front door to back door with a large living room area, dining area, a raised bar, and a spacious kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked with every appliance you need. Second floor has a main bedroom and a second BR, both with full baths and both with comfortable king beds. The third floor tends to be a guest favorite. It is a great "overflow" space to hang out or use as another bedroom. There's also another bath, full size washer and dryer on the third level. However the crown jewel is the walk out large balcony with plenty of seating and an "instant on" large gas fireplace. This is where you can watch the sunset over the mountains or have your morning coffee. A fantastic space. Parking is provided- you may park in a spot located directly behind the house or one car can go in the garage. Ample street parking is available for multiple cars. While there are hundreds of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away, there is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with all necessary culinary items, modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops for those wanting to prepare a meal and dine in. There is plenty of dining space for a casual breakfast or an evening dinner at the dining table. For outdoor cooking, a bbq is located on the lower level patio. You won't regret staying here!
