This is a newly renovated and furnished two king bedroom, two en-suite bathroom apartment of around 1075 sq ft (100 sq m) in one of Kensington and Chelsea’s most beautiful and bustling areas. Once inside, this home is a perfect place for families and groups, this home features a cosy living room with bursts of colour, an opulent well- equipped kitchen and spacious rooms filled with various artworks sourced from our travels around the world. Living room has many games and a bookshelf with just under 100 books for your inner librarian. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The bedrooms are perfect for a great night’ sleep and have a desk for studying or working from home. The patio area is furnished with fairy lights, BBQ, and a stylish, eclectic living area providing a homely, fun space for family time. If the flat is located on the lower ground floor, the flight of stairs typically leads down from the ground level to the lower ground level, giving you easy access to this beautiful space. For the laundry fanatics, there is a washer-dryer in the kitchen tucked into a built-in cupboard in the kitchen plus a steam iron and ironing board are there for your use. Though AC is not available, we can provide one, if requested, for a small fee. Last but not least, there is a garden straight from the living and dining area to a beautiful, fully furnished garden space for fresh air. Perfect for spring and summer, but even in the winter time, London does get quite a few sunny, dry days, and the space is a perfect south-facing sun trap to enjoy the winter sunshine. Please let me know if you need any special arrangements for children, we can provide a baby cot, bath, high chair on request, etc for a small fee. Staying in this luxury Earl’s Court home will make your trip to London a truly memorable experience. CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is on or after 4PM, and check-out is before 10AM. BEDROOM/BATHROOM: All the beds will be made up with fresh luxury linens. what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can unpack and start feeling at home right away. The apartment would comfortably accommodate 4 people (two people sharing each bedroom), but since the living room is large and has a sleeper sofa bed, an additional 2 guests could sleep there. Taking it up to 6 guests. We do have a Z-mattress as well, and in the master bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 large single beds as well. There are many configurations of our property to make your stay comfortable, just let us know what works best for you. Samsung 65" smart TVs are located in the living room and a tiny tv in the smaller bedroom. The simple yet luxurious bathroom (BA1) has a toilet and walk in a shower with a heavy pressure rainfall-style shower head while BA2 is our Moroccan Zen bathroom has nature-inspired elements with a shower head and bathtub, and had an initial load of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer. KITCHEN/DINING: If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There is also a fantastic dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together. Kitchenware, tableware, and cooking essentials, such as tea, flour, coffee, salt, sugar, and oils, are provided. Kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and juicer are at your disposal as well. Guest access Guests are able to access most of the space. Street parking is available overnight after 6:30 pm on weekdays and free all day on Sundays. If smoke odor is detected, this fee will be charged to cover ozone treatment and washing of all soft furnishings (curtains, sofas, rugs). 🧹 Excessive Mess / Deep Clean: £100 - £200 surcharge. Our standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover. If the property is left with excessive trash, dirty dishes, stains on upholstery, or requires "heavy duty" cleaning, an additional fee will apply. ⏰ Late Check-out: £50 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. Our cleaners operate on a tight schedule. Unauthorized late check-outs delay the cleaning process for the next guest. 🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts: £50 + cost of replacement. If you lock yourself out and require a host or concierge to attend the property outside of check-in hours, a call-out fee applies. If keys are lost, the guest is liable for the full cost of replacing the lock/fobs. 🎉 Parties / Noise Complaints: £500 + immediate eviction. Strictly no parties or gatherings. If building security or neighbors report excessive noise or a party, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a penalty fee will be charged for the disruption.
