Enjoy your stay in this newly renovated 1900s house. Separate entrance, laundry, three private guest rooms that share a bath, full kitchen, and living room. Wifi included. We are less than 3 miles from 3 hospitals, the airport, and interstate. Within walking distance of local cuisine. Single occupancy preferred. The space You will be close to everything in Bangor. A short drive to shopping centers and restaurants. Downtown is less than a mile away. Easy interstate highway access. The space may be shared with two other guests. There is boot storage and coat rack inside the front door. We live on the first floor so we encourage guests to not wear outdoor, heavy shoes to reduce noise. Please do not wear winter boots upstairs due to salt and sand. Each bedroom has its own private key-code lock. Smart TV in the bedroom. Make yourself at home and log in to your own streaming services. There is private workspace in each bedroom, or you can enjoy the comfortable common living room space. There is a full kitchen with table and washer/dryer. ( Bring your own detergent.) Guest access Guests will only have access to the upstairs. Your entrance is only for you and other guests. This listing is for one of the bedrooms. We are owner occupied and we live on the first floor with our own private entrance. Parking is available for guests on the street most of the year, with assigned driveway parking after the first snow. During your stay We live downstairs with a separate entrance and living space. We try to be very responsive to guest needs and respect your privacy. We are most available in the late afternoons and evenings. Other things to note We keep a clean and tidy space. We do not have insect or rodent issues. However, we share the planet with lots of bugs and critters. We cannot guarantee nothing will ever come inside. Please let us know right away if there are any issues. No smoking on the premises.
