The space We have just finished remodeling the entire condominium! New floors, cabinets, fresh paint, new furnishings. new lights, new fans, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc no expense spared to update our little piece of heaven! Not only are we updating our condominium, but the entire building is also getting a full facelift! From balconies to pools, from stairs to elevators and everything in-between. You will be able to enjoy spectacular views from our 11th floor Southeast OCEANFRONT unit. Boasting great views from Daytona Beach to New Smyrna to the South and great views from Daytona Beach to St Augustine to the North! We are EXCITED to be able to host you in our Daytona Beach Retreat! Guest access You have access to the entire unit as well as common area amenities such as pool, hot tub, fitness center, and the coveted underground parking! Other things to note Within walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants miniature golf and ice cream. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is just down the road, the outlet stores and Buc-ee's are 20 minutes North of us and you're within 90 minutes of all of the Orlando amusement parks. Close enough to drive, but far enough to avoid the Orlando congestion.
