(For your safety, CCTV is installed in the parking lot. The number of people entering and exiting can be confirmed through the CCTV. If an external visitor other than the approved number of guests is identified, you may be moved out without a refund.) 3. Minors and pets are not allowed. 4. The property is located in a quiet residential complex. Outdoor balconies are available until 10 pm. 5. If you violate numbers 1 to 4, you may be removed without a refund after one warning. 6. In the event of damage or contamination of items, please contact the host immediately after the damage occurs for the safety and comfort of your guests. (Additional charges may apply for loss, damage and contamination.) 7. The property is located in a residential complex surrounded by mountains. Refunds due to bugs and insects are not permitted. (Outdoor mosquito incense, spray, and electric fly swatter are available to minimize insect damage.) 8. In case of emergency, fire extinguishers are available at the entrance of the accommodation, outdoor deck, and kitchen for immediate use.
