The space This is a relatively spacious one bedroom apartment style guesthouse attached to the main house with a three bay garage between you and the main house with one full bathroom. Guest access You will be able to access the guesthouse from the back of the building where there is one parking spot. The additional parking spot is in the front, very left bay of the garage. You will need to manually open the garage door from inside the unit to pull you car in.
