Beautiful upstairs 1 bedroom apartment. Furnished with antiques, oriental rugs, in Equestrian style. Comfortable queen bed, en suite bath, beautiful views of the ranch from the living area. You will have the apartment to yourselves. Close to Sylvan Lake State Park, fishing, and amazing hiking and skiing. The apartment is located above a working dressage horse barn. Sometimes you can hear the horses, feeding, work in the barn below and we start feeding at 7:30 am. Other things to note WiFi calling only, there is no cell service. The apartment is 15 minutes from Eagle and grocery stores. It is over a working dressage horse barn. Horses can make noise - we try to keep things quiet but it is not always possible. In general, however, this is a wonderfully peaceful and beautiful setting. No smoking on-premises. We have dogs, cats, and horses, and lots of wildlife on the property. There is one flight of stairs. No Television.
