You will deal directly with the owner to make sure your stay is enjoyable, no AI or property manager involved. The space Our apartment is situated on the first floor, making it easily accessible via the elevator for your convenience. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a built-in robe, providing ample storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is also well-appointed for a peaceful night's sleep. The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring two comfortable sofas and a smart TV, where you can unwind after a day of exploring the city. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. It includes all the essential appliances and utensils you need to whip up your favorite dishes. The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower and a washing machine for your laundry needs. Step outside to your private balcony, where you can soak up the fresh air and enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. An outdoor lounge set is provided for your comfort. Climate Control: Stay comfortable throughout the year with split-system air-conditioning. We can also provide an additional fan or heater upon request to ensure your ideal temperature. We've put thought and care into every detail of this apartment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access Perched on the 5th floor, the communal rooftop terrace offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooftop terrace is equipped with a spacious dining area so you can enjoy an alfresco meal with a view. Make sure you come up here at least once when night falls, as the city lights create a truly magical atmosphere. Other things to note "King on Sturt" is situated on the first floor of a residential apartment building. To ensure a harmonious living environment for everyone, we kindly request you to be mindful of your neighbors' peace and privacy. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. The apartment is equipped with a "Minut" noise detector that monitors the decibel levels. Do not smoke inside the apartment or the common areas and make sure you only park your vehicle in the allocated parking spot, which is big enough for a medium sized car (max. 2000kg, 1.7m high, 2.3m wide). Please let me know if you arrive by car and I will leave the remote for the garage and the key for the car lift in the apartment for you.
