Open plan kitchen with microwave, meals area, lounge with TV, DVD, slow combustion wood fire (BYO Wood) reverse cycle split system air-conditioning. Large undercover deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting to sit back relax and take in the views. Plenty of room for parking and the boat. Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath and separate w/c. Twin tub washing machine in shed available for guests. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x bunks. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
