A townhouse in the Playa del Cantal area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and the fourth shower. Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen and toilet with sink. There is access from the living room to the community area where the pool is located. The house is equipped with fiber and Spanish and foreign television. There is a private parking space right in front of the house. Guest access Rentmojacar and its representatives are not responsible for any circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to mechanical breakdowns, illnesses, emptying the pool for necessary maintenance, closure of the pool by the community, or failure to provide any public service. Other things to note Important Note: The company will not accept groups of young people or bachelor parties. Some properties are available for couples under 25 years of age. For rentals that pay a monthly fee, please note that expenses (water, gas, electricity, internet, final cleaning, laundry, etc.) are not included in the rental price, but are billed separately and paid locally at the RentMojacar office before departure.
