Spacious studio in forested South Eugene. Private entrance & bath. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, kitchenette, access to outdoor areas on lush half-acre. Close to bike, running/hiking trails. Easy walk to pubs, groceries, coffee, bakeries. We are open to as little or as much interaction as you’d prefer — we’re happy to chat about things to do/see, but understand if you simply want private time. NO SMOKE/VAPE IN/OUT. PET: PRIOR APPROVAL REQ., max 25 lb. short-hair only, $35 add. clean fee The space The Loft is on a second-floor with large windows that look out on pine, oak and fir trees . This space takes up an entire floor and was custom-designed by an artist for maximum light. She even created a cozy alcove ideal for reading or meditating. The bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom/living/kitchen areas. Guest access House is on a flag lot about 200 feet off the street — so parking is easy. The citywide bike path system runs alongside our street. The Amazon running trail is about a 3-minute run away and leads to the Ridgeline Trail system trailhead about a 15-minute walk away. There are 2 different bus lines within about 10-minutes' walk -- bus 28 and bus 24, Eugene LTD. Other things to note We value personal space -- the Loft is very private with its birds-eye situation and separate entrance. The kitchenette includes some special extras, including: a Nutribullet for smoothies, electric skillet, induction rangetop, seasonings, coffee/decaf and many teas. Our country-like property is landscaped to maximize outdoor enjoyment, so we offer numerous outside "rooms" to choose from... and a hammock. Whether you like sun or shade, we have both somewhere on our property all day long. Dog owners: Come prepared with your own bedspread if your dog sleeps with you!
