The studio is also well positioned to access parkways as well as I-495. Close to Stony Brook University and offers great proximity to an array of well dining experiences. Good for solo adventurers, business travelers, temporary move, no contract. Tea, coffee, and creamer are complimentary. The room can accommodate 2 travelers with an additional cost of $10 a day. The space The space has a good size dresser to store and help you organize your stay comfortably. There is a bookshelf with a table and chair for remote working. The bathroom is clean and private attached to the room. Sheets and towels are clean and sanitized. Additional towels are available upon request. The kitchen has a midsize refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, single electric burner, and basic utensils suitable for short, or long stays. All pictures are taken with my phone so pardon me if not clear. Guest access Guest check-in will be contactless and are free to use the front and backyard to unwind and relax. All we ask is common courtesy and respect other people’s privacy. Other things to note We are not perfect. but our goal is to make you feel at home. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask. No parties or events, May not be safe or suitable for children (0-12 years), No Smoking inside the room or on the property.
