The entire house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults (2 would be on a queen-size air mattress) + 2 kids (bunk beds) + 5 pets. 🌵 🥾 🚴‍♂️ Hiking & Biking! It's a 5-minute walk to Copper Trailhead to hike/mountain bike in the Sandias! U-mound is the closest/quickest trail. 🛀 Hot Tub on the patio with a view of the City Skyline! Accommodates 4 people. ⭐️ Patio overlooking the city of ABQ equipped with a BBQ, large standing cooler, a fire pit (natural gas starting/wood burning), fully fenced turf yard with dog toys, a shed full of yard games, and so much more! 🌵 A game shed with multiple outdoor games, a turf backyard (fully fenced) with dog toys 🐶 , and of course, Mini Golf! ⛳️ 🔥 Not one, but two (one indoor and one outdoor natural gas starter/wood 🪵 burning in the back)! Cozy up to the fire 🔥 and roast S'mores with provided 'kid-friendly' s'mores sticks! Firewood is provided for the outdoor fire pit. ☕️ Enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the bench in the front and enjoy breathtaking views of the Sandias, ⛰️ wake up to the beautiful desert. Serene space to accomplish your work and have play at your fingertips when you are done for the day! ☕️ 🫖 Two Coffee Stations: The coffee and tea station in the kitchen is fully stocked and has everything one could desire out of a beverage station (we all need our caffeine in the mornings). The coffee and tea station includes K-Cup pods (three brew flavors), multiple flavors of creamer, four flavors of coffee syrup, sugar cubes, agave, and multiple types of teas to choose from. Also provided are to-go cups for those rushed mornings. 🐶 🐱 Pet-friendly: Tile floors throughout to accommodate your furry family members! There are also three memory foam dog beds provided along with dog bowls. Don’t forget about the dog toys in the turfed backyard! 🌵 Extra goodies: Every guest is provided a balloon or cactus sticker, a makeup towel for use during the stay, earplugs, and other additional bathroom essentials! ☀️ 🌸 Enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled atmosphere in New Mexico's 300 days of sunny weather & all 4 seasons! 🎈 Balloon Fiesta Views from the Patio! Amazing SUNSETS!!! ⭐️ The Bedrooms: Bedroom #1: Casita Bonita's bedroom is the Master bed/bath suite with a private solar-lit side entrance that includes a California King memory foam mattress with a ‘4 seasons hotel’ comforter, a private bathroom with a double vanity, full-length mirror, and a bunk bedroom with a kid's chalkboard wall (feel free to draw as much as you want!). There is also a queen-size air mattress available. The room has a walk-in closet for storage and includes extra sheets/linens, a bedside baby crib, and a high chair. The closet also has lots of storage space with hangers, an iron/steamer, and an ironing board. The room also has a mini fridge with mini water bottles provided, a microwave, and a ☕️ coffee station in the room. Next, you have built-in nightstands with a multi-port charger to include wireless charging available and a sound machine. Blackout curtains with a sound machine! 🎈 Kids’ Room: There is a hot air balloon-themed kids' room with built-in bunk beds and a chalkboard wall that the kids can write on with chalk and erasers provided. Also, included in the kid's room are desert & New Mexico-themed toys, books, and coloring books. Bedroom #2: Cielo Nocturno (night sky) has direct views of Sandia Mountain and has a Jack & Jill full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Cielo Nocturno has a queen memory foam mattress with a 4 Seasons hotel comforter, a desk & chair, a dresser, and a 50" smart TV. Next, you have built-in nightstands with a multi-port charger to include wireless charging available and a sound machine. The bathroom consists of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that are all provided. Enjoy the night sky through your skylight and the night desert-themed mural! Bedroom #3: Pequena Casita Bonita has a King memory foam mattress with a 4 Seasons hotel comforter, a desk & chair, a large closet, and a 50" smart TV. Next, you have built-in nightstands with a multi-port charger to include wireless charging available and a sound machine. The bathroom includes body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that are all provided. Enjoy your upfront view of the beautiful Sandias out your window! ☀️ The Bathrooms: o Provided shampoo, body soap, conditioner, hair dryer, and all essentials! o Large double vanity sink with lots of storage. In the bathroom cabinets, I have included both a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. The mirrors in the bathroom can be opened for storage, and a light-up makeup mirror is installed in the center. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided in the large walk-in tile shower. 🌵 The Yard: o Fully fenced and turf with a seating area and if you have a furry friend, poop bags and toys are provided. In the game shed, multiple backyard games are available such as the 'toss and catch' game set, KanJam, life-size Connect 4, Corn hole, and mini golf! ⛳️ ⭐️ The Game Room: Relax in a cozy nook with some of the Albuquerque-themed provided books, or play a game with the entire family to include Albuquerqueopoly, exploding kittens, and more! Or put together a balloon-themed puzzle! There is also an adult beverage storage station provided for those who would like to relax with a drink 🥃 in their hand. 🍽️ Breakfast bar & Dining Area: The breakfast bar has two barstools, and the dining room has a 4-person seating area. 🍽️ The Kitchen: All stainless steel appliances with stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, ample pantry/storage space, and coffee/tea station! Fully equipped with a blender, crockpot, and all the dishware needed for your getaway! Kids' dinnerware is also provided in the kitchen. Don't forget about the spices provided and the New Mexico cookbook to try something new during your stay!!! ⭐️ Living Room: Enjoy a locally-painted mural of beautiful Albuquerque while you kick back and relax in the four recliners, putting your feet up in front of the Kiva (natural gas) fireplace and 60" smart TV. 🧺 Laundry: Washer & dryer as well as all soaps, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets are provided for every guest. 🅿️ 🚗 Garage: This space may be requested for access to accommodate one indoor parking space (two are provided in the driveway, and ample safe/free street parking is also available). Or the garage may be requested for luggage/gear storage if needed. Please message me if this is required. Guest access 🌅 A 4bed/2bath Southwest desert-themed 🌵 HOME with upfront views of the Sandia mountain foothills and Albuquerque city overlook to include views of Balloon Fiesta Park! The ENTIRE Home is yours! 🚙 Parking is available in the driveway, in front of the house, or across the street (all free). Street parking will accommodate a large vehicle, including moving vans. Bikes/valuables can be stored in the garage upon request, and I will message you the garage code. ☀️ The entire home with a patio with grill and outdoor furniture, a propane fireplace, and a fully fenced yard; a living room with an indoor gas fireplace 🔥, a fully stocked kitchen, 🧺 a laundry room stocked with laundry supplies for use, two bathrooms to include a walk in shower, and a two car garage (can fit one car). Guests will also be able to relax in a 4-person hot tub 🛁 on the back patio, gazing at the stars ⭐️! 🌵 Numerous brochures of Albuquerque adventures to do with the whole family or romantic couples' ideas. I also provide detailed hiking 🥾 maps and a field guide of the Sandia Mountains ⛰️ (please return after use). ⭐️ Snacks and gift goodies for both humans and Hooman’s best friend. 🐶 Dogs will have a fully fenced-in backyard (turf). There is a large outdoor garbage can and dog poop bags on the fence to clean up after your loved one. Tons of dog toys to choose from to use in the turfed yard as well. ⭐️ For families, I provide a high chair and a bedside baby bassinet sleeper. Also, there are a few family-friendly board games ♟️ provided in the game room area off the kitchen and the game shed in the yard. ☀️ The Home is purified with the Dreo Air Purifier between each guest. Cleaning supplies for your stay are also provided in the room, such as disinfectant wipes. Other things to note ☀️ Please let me know if you have any questions or need recommendations for the area! There are lots of recommendations around the home in brochures and the welcome guide 📕 to include field guides for hiking in the Sandias. The 'AllTrails' app works great in the area. For all stays over 30 days, consumables such as toilet paper, dish soap, coffee pods, etc., will not be provided by the host. We would love to help guide you on your next journey to ABQ!
