Whether you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city or simply go on vacation with family and friends - you've come to the right place. The approx. 165 m² house has nine beds in four rooms, a modern equipped kitchen, a great living room, cozy ambience and a great animal and plant world right outside the front door. The space You will be staying on our Resthof, which was renovated in 2022. You can find a lot of information on the website ferienhof-dammannPUNKTde (unfortunately, for legal reasons, we are not allowed to provide a link here). From time to time, we receive enquiries for larger events such as weddings, big family reunions, etc. We are very pleased about that, but we would like to point out here that we cannot offer this. SLEEPING Bedroom 1: IKEA Hemnes bed (pull-out, 160 x 200 cm) Bedroom 2: single bed (100 x 200 cm) and an IKEA Hemnes bed (pull-out, 160 x 200 cm) Bedroom 3: large double bed (200 x 200 cm) with private bathroom Bedroom 4: double bed (140 x 200 cm) IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please take a look at the sketch of the house in the pictures. It is a spacious house in which the rooms partly merge into one another. The rooms (living room, bedrooms and kitchen) are equipped with insect screens in front of the windows. Bedroom 3 is a connecting room – there is no other way to get to bedroom 4. IMPORTANT: You must always bring your own bed linen (i.e., covers and sheets) and towels. If you forget something, you can get linen packages (duvet cover, sheets, towels) for €20/person. All duvets are oversized (155 x 220 cm). For the sheets, you need 7 sheets measuring 90 x 200 cm each and 1 sheet measuring 140 x 200 cm. LIVING AREA Large, cosy living room with TV and wood-burning stove. The dining room is directly connected. There are many board games, toys and books for young and old. And if, unfortunately, someone has to work online while staying with us: there is Wi-Fi (200 Mbit fibre optic) throughout the house. The router is in the living room, where you get the best reception. There are also various mesh repeaters distributed around the house. BATHROOM Beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A hairdryer, hot water bottles, etc. are available for you. There is also a small toilet right next to it and one next to bedroom 3. KITCHEN Fully equipped, modern and super cosy, it is one of the jewels of our house. An induction hob, oven, kettle, baking utensils, toaster, plenty of dishes, cutlery, kitchen radio with Bluetooth, etc., are provided. You probably won't be lacking anything! For barbecue fans, there is a large Weber kettle grill with a barbecue utensil case. Enjoy your meal! BABY EQUIPMENT Of course, we also have two high chairs and a travel cot for you. GARDEN As befits a former farm, the garden is of course huge and invites you to linger, play, romp around and relax. In addition to various balls, games and sand toys, the beautiful hammock is always very popular (and hotly contested by some!). In the carport, you can have a lot of fun playing table tennis or table football in any weather. The terrace has a beautiful, motorised awning so that you can also sit in the shade there if you need to. The fire pit invites you to spend cosy evenings by the campfire, where you should grill a marshmallow or two! BICYCLES You can explore the area perfectly by bike. If you don't have the option of bringing your own bikes, there are always between five and seven bikes ready to ride, as well as the most important tools (in case a saddle needs to be adjusted) and a top-notch pump. For the little ones, we have a balance bike, a scooter, a go-kart with a passenger seat and push-along cars in the yard. PARKING You can park directly in the carport. Guest access The entire place is available to you alone. You will find the key safe on the right side of the carport. Other things to note The farm is surrounded by meadows and fields - which are used for agriculture. So, from time to time, "country air" and tractors are to be expected. Our dear neighbors are very important to us. Please be considerate and avoid noise and loud music after 10 pm. CLEANING In order to have a good standard for all guests, we take care of the cleaning of the entire accommodation. The fee for this is €100 per stay. This is not a commercial rental. We rent our private vacation home to you, which we also use ourselves. We have put a lot of love into it and would like it to be treated that way.
