Whether you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city or simply go on vacation with family and friends - you've come to the right place. The approx. 165 m² house has nine beds in four rooms, a modern equipped kitchen, a great living room, cozy ambience and a great animal and plant world right outside the front door. The space You will stay at our Resthof, which was renovated in 2022. From time to time, we receive inquiries for larger events such as weddings, large family gatherings, etc. We are very flattered, but we would like to point out that we cannot offer this. SLEEPING Bedroom 1: IKEA Hemnes bed (pull-out, 160 x 200 cm) Bedroom 2: single bed (100 x 200 cm) and an IKEA Hemnes bed (pull-out, 160 x 200 cm) Bedroom 3: large double bed (200 x 200 cm) with private bathroom Bedroom 4: double bed (140 x 200 cm) IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Feel free to look at the sketch of the house in the pictures. It is a spacious house where the rooms partially merge into each other. The rooms (living room, bedroom and kitchen) are equipped with insect screens in front of the windows. Bedroom 3 is a walk-through room - otherwise you can't get to bedroom 4. Bed linens (i.e. covers and sheets) as well as towels are to be brought by the guests themselves. All duvets are oversized (155 x 220 cm). For the bed sheets you need 7 sheets of 90 x 200 cm and 1 sheet of 140 x 200 cm. LIVING Large, cozy living room with TV and wood-burning stove. The dining room is directly connected. There are many board games, toys and books available for young and old. And if someone unfortunately has to work online with us: There is WiFi (200 Mbit fiber optic) everywhere in the house. The router is in the living room, where you have the best reception. There are also various mesh repeaters distributed throughout the house. BATHROOMS Beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Hairdryer, hot water bottles, etc. are ready for you. In addition, there is a small toilet right next to it and one next to bedroom 3. KITCHEN Fully equipped, modern and super cozy, it is one of the jewels of our house. Induction stove, oven, kettle, baking utensils, toaster, sufficient dishes, cutlery, kitchen radio with Bluetooth etc. are available. You will probably not lack anything! For barbecue fans, there is a large Weber kettle grill with a grill utensil case. Enjoy your meal! EQUIPMENT FOR LITTLE ONES Of course, we also have two high chairs and a children's travel bed for you in petto. GARDEN As befits a former farm, the garden is of course huge and invites you to linger, play, romp and relax. In addition to various balls, games and sand toys, the beautiful hammock is always very popular (and hard fought by some!). In the carport you can have a lot of fun at the ping pong table or at the foosball table in any weather. The terrace offers a beautiful, motorized awning, so that you can also sit there in the shade if necessary. The fireplace invites you to cozy evenings by the campfire, where one or the other marshmallow should be grilled! BICYCLES The area is great to explore by bike. If you don't have the option to bring your own bikes, there are always between five and seven bikes ready to ride, as well as the most important tool (if a saddle needs to be adjusted) and a great air pump. For the little ones, we have a balance bike, scooter, go-kart with passenger seat and push-car on the farm. PARKING You can park directly in the carport. Guest access The entire place is available to you alone. You will find the key safe on the right side of the carport. Other things to note The farm is surrounded by meadows and fields - which are used for agriculture. So, from time to time, "country air" and tractors are to be expected. Our dear neighbors are very important to us. Please be considerate and avoid noise and loud music after 10 pm. CLEANING In order to have a good standard for all guests, we take care of the cleaning of the entire accommodation. The fee for this is €100 per stay. This is not a commercial rental. We rent our private vacation home to you, which we also use ourselves. We have put a lot of love into it and would like it to be treated that way.
