The house is situated within the golden triangle of Harrogate, Leeds and York. In the historic market town of Wetherby. Close to the Race Track and a stones throw away from The Engine Shed, (wedding venue/ fun themed nights and other events). Boasting two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room over two floors. The outside space is a sun trap with ample seating. Use of the wifi, washing machine, private drive and visitors parking space and only 10 min walk to the town centre. The space Tig’s Nest is a no smoking/vaping zone, it is also my home, so please expect personal items in and around the property. It is a 2 up, 2 down property. Although it can sleep 4 adults, the house is small and would be more comfortable for 2 adult guests. The living space is a lounge/diner with a foldout table with 4 chairs. Living area Seating : A two seat sofa, a chair and 2 padded ottomans. Front bedroom - Double Dual hanging double wardrobe with pull out foldable clothes tray. 1 large deep draw. Back bedroom - Double 4 hooks for hanging clothes and two small Shelves for toiletries. 1 hanging clothes rail Bathroom - Small shelves by the door Outside space - you are welcome to use the Gas BBQ and all furniture cushions can be found in and by the living room cupboard ( Spring/Summer Only) The property has all new furniture and super comfy beds - it really dose feels like home from home. Guest access Parking is at the front of the property on a private drive or you may park in the marked ‘V’ spaces opposite the property Entry is by key via a lockbox Other things to note The communal bin area is to the left of the property backing onto the parking bays. It is a purpose brick built building with the entrance on the far side. In wet weather, the decking area can be slippery. Heavily soiled rooms may incur an additional cleaning charge if it causes the house to be placed out of service and affects other guests.
