It is 6 km from Lake Villefranche de Panat and its promenade. Come and discover our beautiful department. Our barn has just been tastefully renovated, ideal for hosting family, friends or nature lovers. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The space Our beautiful barn (120 m2) freshly renovated, cozy and friendly, is ready to welcome you with family or friends. It has on the ground floor a large living room of 50 m2 with: - an equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, fondue appliances, raclette, croque monsieur and waffles) open to the dining room and living room. - a master bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a dressing room and an ensuite shower room - Toilet Upstairs is: - a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and its ensuite shower room - one bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and its en-suite shower room - A mezzanine with a small desk area, a foosball table, and a relaxation area (reading and children's games). - Toilet Available on request, a baby bathtub (0/12 months), a changing mat as well as a potty (child cleanliness). ⚠️ Laundry room in the basement (washing machine and dryer), accessed from the outside. Guest access The entire house is available to the guest except the basement which is being converted. Other things to note We provide sheets but not bath towels. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. We do not allow pets. We have chosen not to charge a cleaning fee, so we are counting on you to leave the listing in the condition it was in when you arrived. This system works well thanks to everyone's participation.
