It is 6 km from Lake Villefranche de Panat and its promenade. Come and discover our beautiful department. Our barn has just been tastefully renovated, ideal for hosting family, friends or nature lovers. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The space Our beautiful barn (120 m²), freshly renovated, cozy and welcoming, is ready to host you with family or friends. On the ground floor, it has a large living room of 50 m2 with: - a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, fondue set, raclette grill, sandwich maker and waffle maker) open to the dining room and living room. - a master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom - Toilet Upstairs are: - one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an ensuite bathroom - one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and its en-suite bathroom - a mezzanine with a small desk area, a foosball table and a relaxation area (reading and children's games). - Toilet Available upon request: a baby bathtub (0–12 months), a changing mat and a potty (for potty training). ⚠️ Laundry room in the basement (washing machine and dryer) with access from outside (the bay window remains open, so you can go there freely). Guest access The entire house is available to guests, except for the basement, which is currently being renovated, but you can access the laundry room freely. Other things to note We provide sheets but not bath towels. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. We do not allow pets. We have chosen not to charge a cleaning fee, so we are counting on you to leave the listing in the condition it was in when you arrived. This system works well thanks to everyone's participation.
