Looking to avoid the hotel life & a comfortable private space to yourself? Our home is close to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and parks. There are a number of trails to walk/bike, and a short drive to Elm Creek Park. Whether you travel for work, or want your own space while visiting friends or family, this home will give you that calm getaway you're looking for. *Please Note* 1-night requests on weekends or holidays will not be approved until 3 weeks from check-in date. There are stairs to enter the home. Please reach out directly if a ramp or assisted entry is needed. Once in the home everything is on one level. The doorways are less than 36 inches. Laundry is located in the bathroom, and there is a closet and dresser available in the bedroom if you plan to stay a while. The TV is connected to a variety of streaming services that you can log yourself into. The TV also has mirroring features to other devices. You're welcome to use the 1/2 acre yard to wind down after your travels. The garage is not available for use, but the driveway is large enough to pull back to the garage and turn around. You will have access to the main level of the home and the yard. You will not have access to the upstairs or garage. We will be available to assist you at anytime, please message directly for easiest communication. The home is located in a family and pet friendly area where there are sidewalks, walking paths, and multiple dog parks located a short distance away. About a mile and a half down the road there are restaurants, grocery stores, fast food places, gyms, nail care, salons, and more. We are also located near a few different schools should you need a longer stay. With all that is close by, because the lot is quite large, we are not bothered by any noise from the neighborhood. Parking is off-street and can comfortably fit two cars that can turn around, and up to 6 cars if people are comfortable backing out of the drive. We are located near HWY 610 which quickly connects to HWY 169, 252, 94, and 10. We are 27 miles from the international airport (MPLS), 7 miles from shopping in Maple Grove, 3 miles to Target, less than 1 mile to the closest park with playground, and if you're looking for a movie, swim, or local bar again just 3 miles down the road. We do live on a one way street so you may have to do a U-turn at the light, which is legal, or drive through the neighborhood to take right turns. No cleaning fees for stay of 1 week or more. (Price will be edited upon booking) Pets are allowed, but must be housebroken. Please keep pets off of the furniture, including the bed. Extra kennels and small gates can be provided upon request. Accidents and hair on the furniture will result in an additional fee for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Window AC units will be installed during warmer months.
