Other things to note The property is located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. We kindly ask guests to respect the peace and the neighbourhood, especially in the evenings. The private heated pool is for your exclusive use during your stay. It is secured with a safety bar cover (one of the best child-safety systems). However, the pool is not supervised, and children must always remain under adult supervision. The house is fully air-conditioned and designed for comfort in every season. Maximum occupancy: 12 guests, as stated in the listing. Parties, events and outdoor gatherings are not permitted. We remain available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.
