Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Recently renovated old charm home. The space 3 Bedroom and 1 Bath w/ handicap accessible shower. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 TV’s, carport and fenced backyard. Fully furnished including kitchen appliances and utensils. Guest access Guest will have access to entire house. Other things to note No parties or events allowed without prior notice. No smoking in the house. This includes marijuana. Suitable for children under 12. Parents are responsible for the children’s safety. No unregistered guests are allowed. Please discuss with host for special situations. Please respect the noise curfew of 10 PM. Please respect check in and check out times. Check in at 3 PM, Check Out 11AM. If more time is needed please contact host. Any damage to furnishings will be subject to additional charges. Please do not re-arrange the furniture. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher prior to leaving. Please place dirty laundry in the shower or laundry hamper prior to leaving. Sleeping arrangements: 1 King, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full size bed, 1 Futon and one air mattress.
