This townhouse is in the heart of Berwick, within walking distance to Berwick Village or the main street of Beaconsfield, where you will find numerous cafes and restaurants. In the leafy estate of Bryn Mawr, 40kms from Melbourne CBD. This house is also very close to the big hospitals in Berwick and train station. The Berwick Botanical Gardens are worth visiting and is a doable walk from the house, along with the Sunday market at Akoonah Park. The space This townhouse is part of a townhouse and unit complex. It neighbors a beautiful park and playground to the left and a primary school, with sporting ovals on the right. Enter through the garage, into a large living space, set up as a games room, with exercise equipment- an elliptical cross trainer and exercise bike on gym mats and chill out zones with a plush lounge and sofa bed that can accommodate an extra 2 guests. Up a short flight of stairs, you will find the heart of the home - the kitchen and family room.
