This large multi-level apartment offers plenty of room for families, work trips, or extended stays—without breaking the bank. While this is our least renovated property, it’s full of charm, well-maintained, and designed for guests who value space, functionality, and a great location over high-end finishes. Pool hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM Pool is unheated; reservations recommended for quieter use Shared Hot Tub In addition to your private inflatable hot tub, you’ll have access to a larger 6-person hot tub located at a nearby Sparkle property (20 meters away). Hot tub hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Parking Two private parking spaces directly next to the house Additional shared parking available in the Sparkle lot Please do not block the garage door. A Few Honest Notes: This is our most lived-in and least renovated unit—clean, spacious, and comfortable, but not fancy. As a historic home, it has quirks and creaks, but we’ve done our best to make it feel like a home away from home. It’s in a vibrant downtown neighborhood, so some city noise and foot traffic are to be expected. We maintain a no-party policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Guests also have access to the Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa courtyard and pool area during operating hours. Whether you’re in Moncton for business, a spa visit, or an extended stay, this home is your practical and comfortable downtown base. Shared Pool and Hot Tub Access: You also have access to the Sparkle Lifestyle MediSpa shared pool and a larger hot tub, located on the adjacent property. The shared area features a small climbing wall for kids and floaties. Parking: Free parking is available for two large cars, with ample space directly on the property. Shared Space Etiquette: The shared pool area is a quiet space used by Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa and is not a party area. Please be mindful of other guests and clients sharing the space. All guests, Sparkle clients, the owners' family and friends, and the Sparkle team have access to the shared areas, which include a 5-person hot tub and a pool. Policies: No Parties or Large Groups: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Dogs: Two of our properties accept dogs.
