The fenced backyard offers a private heated pool (small daily fee for heating), fire pit, & putting green. The enclosed patio provides an additional entertainment space. "THE REMI" comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 4 king sized beds. STRICT ENFORCEMENT ON GUEST COUNT PLEASE. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Although it is setup with your vacation & entertainment in mind we do ask that you enjoy this LUXE property responsibly & respectfully. We use new linens, pillows, comforters, duvet covers as often as needed to keep everything clean & fresh. We clean the upholstery & carpets bi-monthly to keep our property in tip top shape. - NO LIFEGUARD OR POOL FENCE. SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES- HEATED 30'x14' POOL - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES **Pool heating is REQUIRED October through April. $50/daily** This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily). *Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month). *Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY. *Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September. *Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays. (Times subject to change) Have fun traveling to Sunny Scottsdale! Guest access You will have exclusive access to this entire property. Other things to note HEATED 30'x14' POOL - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES **Pool heating is REQUIRED October through April. $50/daily** This is not a profit center.
