Description

Quaint 1950s apartment over 100-year-old home in Historic Quapaw District. Take a step back into a simpler time in this beautiful place in the Hot Springs National Forest located at the base of West Mountain and steps away from Bathhouse Row. Peaceful spot with a pool-yes, it's OPEN-in our own backyard near Oaklawn Casino, spas, museums, downtown shopping, and great restaurants. Did I mention the parks and lakes galore to explore? Let me help you discover the beauty of unique Hot Springs! The space The upstairs apartment has a separate private entrance off the driveway. I lovingly call this "granny's apartment." It is definitely decorated from a simper time and era. Two twin beds are located in the living room area and the bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a chaise lounge. The bathroom is located off the bedroom with a bathtub/shower. Guest access Plenty of free safe street parking available plus one guest spot available at top of driveway or under carport Space #2 if it is open. Easy walk to downtown or West Mountain or nice places to bike. Other things to note The pool is open from April to September - the backyard space is still available for use. I am a licensed massage therapist and offer massage appointments on-site. And I can arrange for a couple's massage as well.
