The unit is near UF, Shands Hospital, T75, and Butler Plaza. It is on the ground floor. The bus stops right in front of the complex. The parking is free. There are four rooms in the unit. Each room has its own bed/bath. Two persons are allowed per room. The Sun is a room with two twin beds. Each one has a 38” W*76" L bed, and 8” mattress. The room is locked with a U-bolt indoors. The unit has appliances induction stove oven, toaster, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, etc. shared by tenants.
