The top of this seating area is covered to avoid being affected by rain. - We collect the cushions of the seating group in the front yard, which is shown in the photos, because the winter months are usually rainy. Tables and chairs are available for dining and sitting in the front yard. - Some of the plants on the flower side don't look like the ones in the photo because they're dried up, we planted new plants, but they're still small. - The old wooden door and windows have been replaced with new Pimapen doors and windows for better insulation. - There is a large mural on the wall in the front yard from the art exhibitions we held in previous years. - There is no private parking. It can be difficult to find a parking space on the street of the house. - This building is one of the old houses of Marmaris with 2 floors, our cleaning lady Özlem and 2 dogs (labrador) live in the house right next door, you can see them briefly when you go out for a walk. Other than that, they are inside and in the backyard. The front yard is completely at your disposal. You can see cats in the garden. If you have allergies, etc., please consider this. If you want to throw it out, when you leave the house, you will see the trash can at the end of the road when you go to the left. LAUNDRY - You can take it to Jet 48 dry cleaning right across the house. Ask for the price first, it can be expensive.
