It may be rented in addition to the main house for special events like Graduation or Homecoming. A lovely home base for leaf-peeping, apple picking, skiing at the Snow Bowl, or hiking in the summer! The space Our apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two full beds. All linens are provided. The Kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a table for four people, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, range & microwave. The living area has a big screen smart TV. There is a full-size washer and dryer as well as a very equipped gym with a Peloton, rowing machine, free weights, etc. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment, as well as the laundry area attached and private gym. You must use a shared gate to the backyard to access the door to the apartment and when the house is not occupied, guests are welcome to use the backyard, fire pit and grill, as well. When the house is rented, they are for the exclusive use of the house guests.
