THIS IS A CAMPSITE-NO CAMPER PROVIDED. Our site is a well manicured area near our house on a 3-acre parcel perfect for RVs and campers. Our site is a back-in site with 50amp service and filtered well water (2 spigots). We also have 3 Airbnb options in our house if you are traveling with non-campers. Check out "Home on the Hill", "Cozy Country" and "Sunsets and Serendipity" Pets are negotiable (for the campsite only). It will be evaluated on a case by case basis. There is no bathroom so your RV must be equipped with one. We have a dry well for the grey water, but the black water needs to be pumped into our septic system with a FloJet Pump or equivalent, which we provide. There is plenty of space to pull out your favorite lawn game, a great firepit to keep warm at night and a picnic table to enjoy an outdoor snack or meal. The site is not perfectly level, so be prepared to level your camper/RV. Firewood is available - donations are appreciated. We have a propane fill station on the property and can provide 100# tanks for long-term stays to keep you from having to fill your tanks too often. Fees apply. Wi-Fi is provided, but not guaranteed. If you plan to "work from home" please bring your own source of internet with you. Guests should stay on the southwest corner of our property where there is plenty of space to enjoy. Guests should NOT walk on our neighbor's property. We are readily accessible as we live on the property. Our home sits on an elevated 3 acre lot with lots of privacy. We have several apple trees that produce a great harvest for applesauce, apple pie filling and fresh pressed cider! If you stay with us between mid-August and early-October, you may be able to see us press the apples. New England is known for its winding back roads and amazing fall foliage. Within an hour from our home, you can be relaxing on Hampton Beach, gaming at Weirs Beach or enjoying a fabulous Italian dinner in Boston. About an hour and a half away, you can take in the sights in Franconia Notch, shop 'til you drop in North Conway or try out the natural water slides along the Kancamagus Highway. Here are a few resorts within a 1.5 hour drive of our home: Pat's Peak Crotched Mountain Mount Sunapee Ragged Mountain Gunstock Mountain Waterville Valley Loon Mountain Cannon Mountain Here are a few state parks in our area: Clough State Park Bear Brook State Park Pawtuckaway State Park We are about 10 minutes from Clough State Park where there is plenty to do including swimming, paddling, biking, hiking, ATVing, etc. You must take your trash with you.
