THIS IS A CAMPSITE-NO CAMPER PROVIDED. Our site is a well manicured area near our house on a 3-acre parcel perfect for RVs and campers. Our site is a back-in site with 50amp service and filtered well water (2 spigots). We also have 3 Airbnb options in our house if you are traveling with non-campers. Check out "Home on the Hill", "Cozy Country" and "Sunsets and Serendipity" Pets are negotiable (for the campsite only). It will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The space There is no bathroom so your RV must be equipped with one. We have a dry well for the grey water, but the black water needs to be pumped into our septic system with a FloJet Pump or equivalent, which we provide. Pumping black tanks is only allowed for guests who stay for a minimum of 6 nights. There is plenty of space to pull out your favorite lawn game, a great firepit to keep warm at night and a picnic table to enjoy an outdoor snack or meal. The site is not perfectly level, so be prepared to level your camper/RV. Firewood is available - donations are appreciated. We have a propane fill station on the property and can provide 100# tanks for long-term stays to keep you from having to fill your tanks too often. Fees apply. Wi-Fi is provided, but not guaranteed. If you plan to "work from home" please bring your own source of internet with you. Guest access Guests should stay on the southwest corner of our property where there is plenty of space to enjoy. Guests should NOT walk on our neighbor's property. Other things to note We are about 10 minutes from Clough State Park where there is plenty to do including swimming, paddling, biking, hiking, ATVing, etc. You must take your trash with you. There is parking for at least 2 cars. Please let me know how many vehicles you plan to have with you. It is important for guests to stay within my property lines and not go on my neighbor's property. Rock walls border my property on 3 sides and a split rail fence on the 4th side. Please ask us if it is unclear. We have two, single person, 9.5' kayaks available to borrow at no cost. Paddles and life jackets included. You need to have a way to transport them.
