Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guest access You'll enter through the front door on the left side of the complex, labeled "14." There's a keypad on the door - enter your access code and you'll see a green light flash on the Schlage button to confirm it's accepted. Then rotate the deadbolt underneath the keypad away from the door frame to unlock it, and open the door using the handle. When you leave, press the Schlage button, rotate the deadbolt back toward the door frame to engage it, and make sure it's fully locked - the door won't lock on its own. If you enter the code incorrectly, a red light will flash. Allow 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. After three wrong attempts in a row, the lock will go inactive for 30 seconds before you can try again. Other things to note Trash service is available at the dumpster located at the end of the parking lot, up the stairs and to the right. Recycling is not currently available.
