The space is completely open plan and is perfect for a couple, or couple with young child. It's cosy for a couple with two children, and if you'd like to have 3 adults in the space, they need to be happy without doors between them. It has double/double glazing (yes two lots), which makes it extremely sound proof when closed. It also opens completely letting in as much fresh air as you wish. It is on a road, so also let's in the hum of the passing cars. It has excellent thermal qualities (8 energy efficiency rating) which make it naturally warm in winter cool summer. The Nishi has won international awards for environmental design. Guest access You'll have access to the apartment, and private car park.
