The area is pedestrian-friendly with minimal traffic and sidewalks. Local walking paths are easily accessible, and the closest bicycling trail is approximately 6 miles from the house. Having a car (or using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft) is the most convenient way to navigate Bradenton. There is an absence of public transportation in this neighborhood. On Anna Maria Island and Long Boat Key, there is a free trolley system. Per city rules, please do not park on the streets. ➖WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wifi with a spacious and comfortable desk, adjustable ergonomic chair and laptop stand. ➖QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: We are in a very quiet residential neighborhood with amazing neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. ➖SMOKING: Thank you for not smoking indoors or in the pool area ($300 fine). You may smoke on the front porch. ➖EXTERIOR CAMERAS: For your peace of mind, there is a Ring video doorbell at front door and 2 exterior cameras (1 located in front of garage and 1 on the side of the house) that are on 24/7 and motion-activated and record video & audio. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property or facing inside. ➖NOISE MONITOR: There is an exterior noise monitor (Minut) that only measures decibels and do not record or live stream voice or conversation. If decibels exceed a certain level, we will send a text or give you a phone call to ask you to please keep the noise down.
