The space - Living room, dining room and kitchen with furniture and necessary appliances - Large green area with a campfire area so you can enjoy as a family -A large swimming pool in front of a terrace where you can enjoy beautiful and quiet sunsets. -Play area with a foosball table. Mini soccer court with grass. - 3 rooms facing the pool, each with a full bathroom and cabins. (2 places downstairs and a place and a half upstairs). -1 bedroom with a double bed with a full bathroom. -1 full bathroom overlooking the pool. - Ample parking for 4 cars - Hammock area. Barbecue grill. -WIFI Guest access Swimming pool, green areas, soccer field. Other things to note The house includes kitchenware for 11 people, pots, pans, small appliances (kettle, rice cooker, blender), 4-burner stove with oven and refrigerator. Dining room, living room and terrace set with full rattan furniture. -Steel grill and Chinese box, which if used must be returned clean. -If the campfire area is used, it must be left clean. -Each room has sheets, pillows and blankets if necessary according to the weather. - Garbage must be deposited in the large bin and taken out of the home at night to the condominium entrance door and handed over to the guard. -Do not eat near or inside the pool to avoid getting dirty. -Pets are allowed, up to a maximum of 2, and they must be brought with their respective vaccination card. If you walk them inside the house or in the condominium areas, you are asked to clean up their excrement and if they are large, they must be on a leash.
