While we do our best to accommodate early check-ins, they cannot always be guaranteed. If available, early check-in is charged at $40 per hour before 2:00pm. Please note that the previous guest checks out at 10:00 AM, and the apartment must be cleaned and prepared before your arrival. There’s also a bag drop service at the key collection point just around the corner, which can be a convenient option if you simply wish to drop your bags and collect the keys later at 2:00pm. We also offer late check-out (subject to availability) at the same rate of $40 per hour. SPLIT BEDS: One of the things that makes us unique is our flexible bed configuration options. Our standard setup is listed in your welcome message. If you'd like any additional split beds, there's a $20 charge per bedroom to cover additional linen and labour costs. Please advise it at least 72-hours before arrival time so we can arrange it. While we try to be flexible with last-minute changes, we aren’t a hotel with on-site staff—our housekeeping team visits each apartment individually, so advance notice is the key.
