Welcome to our beautiful Coachella home! Only 2 miles up the road from the events/ festivals! About the space: Other things to note Our desert home is a 2023 new build featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Master bedroom: 1 king size bed, connected full bathroom, shower, and vanity desk Bedroom 2: A trundle bed with 2 single size beds, with the second bathroom right off the entry, and a desk Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with enough room for a blow up mattress if necessary Bedroom 4: Queen size bed with the 3rd full bathroom right off the entrance Extra blankets and towels will be included. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Pots, pans, utensils, and food seasonings are also included. Kitchen is fully stocked with all nececities. Mini keurig available for use. Island for extra counter space and two stools Bar: Indoor built in bar area, with counter space, storage and a mini fridge Living room: Two large couches, two accent chairs, and a built in fire place Outdoor/ Pool & Spa: Outdoor area includes a pool and a jacuzzi that has a heating system which can be utilized at an additional cost of $75 a night. (Because of the time it takes to heat it is recommended that if using the system, use it the entire stay for the most convinenient water temp) Bar area includes a grill, counter bar, outdoor sink and stools. One side of the yard is artificial turf. Other side of the house has a putting green and seating area with a built in fire pit. Laundry: Home is fully equipped with both a washer and dryer. Small bottle of laundry detergent will be included. Iron and ironing board available. Parking: Driveway fits 2 cars. Home is on the corner which offers extra space for public parking. Trash: Trash gets picked up weekly on Friday morning. Please ensure bins are left out for pickup.
