Point Sebago Vacation Cottage

Point Sebago offers an unforgettable getaway filled with laughter, adventure, entertainment and memories to last a lifetime. This award winning resort has been the ultimate family vacation destination for over 50 years! Point Sebago offers daily activities and entertainment for all ages. The resort has multiple dining options, tiki bar, indoor bar/billiard, 18 hole championship golf course, arcade, marina, mini golf, general store, sports center, splash pad, and much more! The space Our newly renovated cottage is located in a much desired area within the resort being just a short walk to the beach, sports center, restaurant, tiki, and activities. Unwind at the end of your day by our firepit area or dining on our two tier outdoor deck space. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, toaster oven, blender, keurig coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, utensils etc. A gas grill is provided. Iron is provided. There are a couple beach chairs, sand toys, and cooler for guest use. The cottage will be stocked with dish and hand soap as well as cleaning and disinfecting products. Guests will need to bring their own linens, pillows, blankets and towels. There is a laundromat in the resort for your convenience. Linens: You will need full and twin sheets. There is 1 full mattress in the main bedroom, 2 twin mattresses (bunkbeds) in the second bedroom, and 2 full futons. Loft area guests can use sleeping bags or floor camping mat. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire resort. Point Sebago requires a $10 per guest, per day fee, that is paid directly to them. We will provide you with the registration form. This along with the fees will be due upon arrival. Other things to note ****Golf Cart can be rented for an additional $50 per day. Please contact us if interested. ****Please keep in mind this is a cottage in the woods. Pine needles, sap, and nature is all around. As much as we try to upkeep the grounds between renters you may have to clean off the outdoor furniture from nature that is out of our control.
