Rental under RESIDENTIAL LEASE or COMMON LAW LEASE only! The space The accommodation consists of an entrance with laundry room providing you with a washing machine/dryer. An open and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, all the cooking utensils you will need) on a living/dining room that consists of a table that can accommodate up to 4 people for dinner/lunch, two sofas including a convertible, a TV, Wi-Fi and a large bay window overlooking the pretty wooden terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun or shelter with the large parasol. Upstairs, a bathroom with toilet. A large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. An extra bed for one person is available to accommodate a 5th person at your convenience. Private and enclosed parking space. Information: New washing machine and new sofa bed installed on October 1, 2024! Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation except a locked closet in the bathroom. Other things to note The keys are systematically handed over by a person from the team who is present to answer any questions you may have. *Groups of young people under 21 years old are not accepted. *non-smoking *no pets *no parties allowed We offer, on request, a late check-in service (to be booked in advance): - €30 between 8pm & 9pm. - €50 between 9pm & 10pm. - €70 between 10pm & 11pm. Rental of childcare equipment or fans/air conditioners/auxiliary heaters: €50 (for the duration of the stay). We invite you to respect the appointment time you have set for us. Feel free to arrive a little early. In case of delay on the check-in time initially agreed with you, our receptionist will not be able to wait for you. Fee of €30 for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 p.m., and December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival. In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the door lock will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your security deposit. Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning & laundry package included in your reservation: We provide linen processed by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and arrival, and clean at the end of the stay. For bookings of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning (every two weeks) must be carried out at your expense. This is to maintain and check the accommodation at each visit. Any non-emergency travel will be charged to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Feel free to ask.
