Wake up to horses grazing just outside your veranda, meet the friendly farm animals, and relax by the fire pit in the evenings. This fully fenced, self-contained cottage is the perfect base to explore the Mornington Peninsula, with everything you need: queen bed, kitchen, bathroom, modern facilities and BBQ. Starlink Wi-Fi and smart TVs included for your downtime. The space The cottage has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave and sink, so you can easily prepare your meals. The veranda is set up with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing and watching the horses graze. We provide complimentary milk, butter, fresh farm eggs, bread, tea, coffee and sugar to get you started. Inside, enjoy free Starlink Wi-Fi and two smart TVs with Netflix, Stan, Binge and Max, perfect for winding down after a day out. While we’re tucked away in a peaceful rural setting, we’re only a short drive to great cafes, wineries, beaches, restaurants, shops and attractions around the Mornington Peninsula. 🐎 Horse Experience Riding lessons are available on our school horse Teddy. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to enjoy the farm from the saddle. 🏡 Privacy & Property Details The farm also runs as an equestrian agistment property, so you may see horse owners visiting, but the cottage and its surrounds are completely private. You’ll have your own gated section with parking, a secure fence between the car park and the cottage, and private entry.
