The house is very well equipped so you can enjoy a comfortable vacation, including wifi, filtered drinking water, automatic coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue and much more The space The townhouse with the Lavanda house (holiday home for 4 people) has a private garden with sun loungers, a barbecue and a covered terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, living-dining room with a large table for 6 diners, a corner with sofa, TV with digital terrestrial antenna for Spanish programs and satellite antenna (Astra) for international programs. The bathroom with shower cabin has access from the hallway. The kitchen in front of the dining table is fully equipped. There are among other things: dishwasher, a large freezer-fridge combination, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, Delonghi automatic coffee maker for freshly ground coffee beans, high quality reverse osmosis filtered water for drinking water, plus all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also a small storage room on the ground floor to use as a pantry and for cleaning utensils. On the first floor is the second double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a gallery with 2 sofa beds with latex mattress. From the gallery you have access to a terrace with a table and 4 chairs Both bathrooms are stocked with liquid hand soap, towels, and hairdryer. Beach towels can be rented for a price of 4 Euros per piece. There is Wi-Fi access with fiber optic connection both in the house and in the pool area shared by a total of 7 houses. In the 8 x 14 m pool you can swim well and the loungers near the palm trees invite you to relax with a book and simply sunbathe. There are sun loungers for all guests and plenty of space to maintain social distancing Other things to note To comply with our legal obligation to register our guests in the central state registry, we need certain personal information from all guests (including children) and from guests 15 years of age and older, photographs of their ID or passport. After booking, we will send a link to an online form and ask each guest to complete it. You can bring your dog with you, requesting it before booking. But keep in mind: out of respect for other or future guests, you can't take your dog to the community pool site and your pet can't sleep in the bed either.
