850m to the beach! House in the Summio Park Port Greve

We are renting out our newly renovated, modern townhouse with garden. Only 850 m to Grevelinger Meer. Including 2 bikes! On the first floor, there is a large open living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor. There are 2 bedrooms (one has a large double bed, the other has 2 single beds) and a large balcony. Shower room with toilet on the first floor plus 2nd upstairs toilet. Both with windows; completely redone in 2022. The space The house also has a beautiful, fenced (fence height about 50 cm) garden with a sunny, windless terrace, cozy terrace furniture and a charcoal grill. Next to the house, you have a parking space. Important: During the NRW holidays, only weekly bookings are possible. Guest access In the shed next to the house entrance you will find the bicycles. The key to the bike locks is in the living room closet, left side, top. Other things to note Max. 2 dogs allowed Important: Please remember bed linens (sheets and covers), towels, beach towels. Kitchen towels and, if necessary, bathroom rugs. Sizes for bed linens: Beds each 90 x 200 cm (double bed consists of 2 mattresses, therefore 90 x 200 or 180 x 200 sheets possible), blankets each 135 x 200 cm, pillows each 80 x 80 cm. 4 blankets and pillows are available.
