The holiday house Brajkovic is an ideal place for relaxing in family or with friends in a peaceful natural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of daily's life. The holiday house Brajkovic is part of the family winery estate located in the heart of the Konavle region, the so-called Dubrovnik gardens, in a small place called Brajkovici, in village Zastolje. The space The newly built house features 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 persons comfortably. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area overlooking a nice covered terrace. A fully equipped kitchen, toilet and 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom . The upper floor features 3 bedrooms: 1 master with en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with sharing bathroom. All rooms and spaces overlook the marvelous nature dotted with cypress, Mediterranean vegetation and the vineyards. In the evening you can enjoy in the colorful sunsets. In the garden the house is equipped with a pool, a exercising equipment and kitchen with grill facilities. There is ample space for parking cars. The main features are the complete privacy this self-catering house offers, the quietness of the surroundings and the comfortable modern spaces. It is an ideal place for families or groups of friends. Guest access The house with its pool area is completely privatized for our guests. You will enjoy complete privacy. As being part of the winery and tavern, breakfast and traditional meals can be organised at the villa or in the tavern just 2 min walk from the villa. Other things to note In addition, being part of the family estate Brajkovic, famous for it's production of wines and olive oil, tastings, breakfast and other meals can be organised at the house or at the 300 year old “konoba”, tavern, well preserved in its original shape, with wood ceilings and stone walls. During off season you have the possibility to give a hand to the family and be part of the wine and olive oil production.
