Guest access On the day of your arrival at 12:15 p.m., you will receive an email with the front door code, your room code and wifi access information. This is a self-checkin facility. Fireplace in living room is not functional at this time. During your stay Sam is our caretaker. He and his wife, Samantha, will be on the property periodically. We, the owners, do not live on the premises. Other things to note Smoking is just fine as long as it is done outside. No pets and no occupants under the age of 20. It does take a few minutes for the hot water to reach the bathroom. The temperature in the room is controlled by a thermostat that is shared to a few other bedrooms. There is road noise in this room. We do have a white noise unit to help. Breakfast is NOT provided.
