Showcasing upscale amenities and high-end appliances, the living is grand and the memories curated are unforgettable. During the cooler months, don your skis and head for the slopes, and during the warmer months, head for the Sugarloaf Golf Club to practice your swing, or hike on the area's many trails. When you don't want to leave the comfort of your retreat, sink into the warm waters of the private hot tub. Inside your home away from home, lounge in the sun-filled living room where soft, leather sofas, an gas fireplace, and a large TV await your enjoyment. The adjacent dining area and kitchen present a lovely space to spend family time. The chef of your group will have no issues whipping up delicious meals in the full kitchen amongst the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the sweeping, wooden dining table, or gather around the breakfast bar. Each of the four bedrooms offers plush living quarters for your loved ones with their soft linens and plentiful sprawling space. Come evening, gather in the additional TV room for movie marathons where a second kitchen and game area are prepared to host many fun-filled moments. Additional interior perks include a board game collection and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Guest access You'll enter using the keypad by the front door. Enter your access code-a green light will confirm it's accepted. Then rotate the deadbolt (located under the keypad) away from the door opening and pull the door handle to enter. If you see a red flashing light, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. When you leave, press the Schlage button, rotate the deadbolt toward the door opening to engage it, and confirm the door is locked-it does not lock automatically. You have the option to create your own 3-6 digit personalized code for easier entry during your stay; instructions for setting this up are included in your check-in materials. Other things to note The home has a heat pump (mini split) in the living room, controlled by the remote on the wall. The living room fireplace is currently not operational. You'll have WiFi and a smart TV; note that cable is not available.
