The villas are located in the village of Spartia, 600m far away from the beach, with a panoramic view of Liakas bay in the South of Livatho area, Kefalonia. The space "Christina Villas" consists of four spacious villas , fully equipped for self-catering holidays. Each villa (50m2) has two bedrooms with orthosomatic "COCO-MAT" mattresses, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. ​ All the villas are comfortable, and afford air-conditions, televisions, wireless-internet and washing-machine. Also features a hairdryer and iron. Sieves for the windows and the french windows. Each kitchen features a double door refrigerator, oven with electric hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a full set of pans. Baby cot and high chair on request. There is no infrastructure for accommodaitng people with disabilities. The villas have balconies with a view to the sea and the mountain of "Enos". The complex is surrounded by a large garden with lawn, trees and flowers. Garden well maintained for children to play. In the garden you can find barbeque, pergola, showers and a covered dining area ideal for dinner and overlooking the sea. Parking on site. Pets allowed upon request. Other things to note The price is for the villa and is included all taxes (electricity, water, ac and water-heating) and of course towels and sheets. There is an additional accommodation tax "Resilience Fee for the Climate Crisis" : 8euros per night. and is paid in cash with your arrival.
