The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with only 10 real estate units. Internally the apartment has two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with window and a pleasant living area with kitchen and lounge area with loveseat and TV. The spacious and well-organized kitchen is complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet and large shower. But the added value of the accommodation is undoubtedly the outdoor space. From the kitchen door there is access to a very intimate garden with indoor dining area connected to the kitchen.
