Whether visiting for business downtown, recreation in the mountains, a conference or Red Rocks concert nearby, or restaurants and bars in Eastern or Western Denver, this home offers everything you’ll need to enjoy a comfortable, stress-free stay. Guest access This home includes two living rooms, kitchen, a large, enclosed back yard with patio, and of course two bedrooms perfect for families or friends visiting Denver. Please note that because this is our full-time residence, we ask that certain areas are reserved as private and are unavailable for guest use. Off-limits areas include: hall and bedroom closets, chest-of-drawers in the bedrooms, medicine cabinet, desk drawers, and the garage. We apologize for any inconvenience. The host is not present on the premises during your stay. Other things to note Helpful Tips for visitors: 1. Hydrate! We are a fairly arid climate, necessitating frequent water consumption, lip balm, and hand/body lotions. Dehydration is common! 2. Altitude The altitude can surprising effects those who aren't accustomed - including fatigue and headaches. It's not unusual to arrive and want a nap! Be aware of how your body feels and sure to have plenty of water. **Alcohol and/or cannabis consumption may have amplified effects at altitude!** 3. Weather The weather can vary considerably during the day, as well as between altitudes.
