Perfectly located just 15 minutes from the airport and downtown, this fully renovated home is your gateway to Austin’s vibrant breweries, live music, and hotspots. The interior shines with brand-new floors, walls, windows, bathrooms, and a sleek kitchen with top-tier appliances. Relax on the newly built deck or in the cozy, fully furnished space—ideal for chilling at home. Sleep easy in two queen bedrooms (one with a private master bathroom) and a third with two twin beds. Enjoy filtered fridge water, a Keurig coffee/tea/hot chocolate station with creamers and sugar, WiFi, and cable TV—all included. Washer/dryer available for longer stays (extra charges may apply). Park stress-free in the private driveway. Dog lovers welcome (on request, $100 cleaning fee). The outdoor landscaping is still in progress, but the inside is a polished gem. Guest access The entire property except the garage. The garage is locked. Other things to note There is extra $100 cleaning fee for pets. Do not sneak pets without the host knowing. $500 penalty if there is any evidence of pets without prior knowledge. Please let me know the exact number of the guests staying in the home. Any additional guests will be charged $100 per guests. Maximum guests allowed is 7. If there are 5 guests and only 2 guests were told that was staying then would be an additional 3 guests which will be $300 penalty for not accurately declaring correct amount of guests. There are outdoor cameras in driveway and doorbell cameras.
