Located at the heart of the city, you can unwind and enjoy the convenience of a kitchenette (Microwave, personal refrigerator, utensils and electric kettle). Stay Connected with high- speed WI-fi and indulge in endless entertainment with unlimited Netflix and Prime Videos for your binge-watching pleasure. Your cozy urban escape awaits!! The space The unit is located at the 3rd floor level of an apartment bldg (however pls be informed that the building does not have an elevator). It is about 18 sq.m equipped with 1 queen size bed, bar counter table and kitchenette for food heating. It also has it's own full toilet and bath, with shower heater and bidet. For entertainment, we have several reading materials and 32 inch android TV that has WI-FI, Netflix, prime video and Disney+. The unit is maybe small, but it has all the necessary features you'll need for a comfortable stay. Other things to note There is a parking space for motorcycle inside the gated perimeter, but we do not offer parking for 4 wheel vehicles. There's are possible parking space along 1st street, eagle st or puffin st. but the availability and security is not guaranteed. Parking along J.Molina street is not allowed. The building is along J.Molina st and easily accessible to public transportation. It can be access thru grab and other transpo app. You can also ride tricycle or jeepney if you walk 5mins to F. Torres st. that will take you to LRT stations (Katipunan, Anonas, Cubao, etc.)
