Our master bedroom offers a queen-size bed with cozy linens that you can snuggle in to ensure a good night's rest. It also features a 50-inch smart TV with Netflix and locals channels to catch up on your favorite shows while you're on vacation. Ceiling fan, A/C and LED dimmable lights will also make for a restful sleep. Just outside the master's bedroom is a balcony where you can sit, relax, unwind, with a drink in hand, watching the hustle and the bustle of the city life below. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed set up, perfect for children, families and/or friends. It features a window where you can also look out to enjoy the city view. Air conditioning in the room will help ensure a comfortable, restful sleep. A study table with lamp is tucked in on the side for those workaholics who always have "work to do!" The living room offers a sofa bed to enjoy a night's in while watching TV and/or playing one of our boardgames. Air conditioning, ceiling fan and dimmable lights can help make the evening more relaxing and fun! For a more cozy night, turn off all the lights and enjoy the highlight of our living room wall, a glow-in-the-dark mural of the world map, painted by a local artist. The fully functional kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, a rice cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, a refrigerator with a complimentary bottled waters inside to welcome your stay... everything to help make your stay feels "just like home." Attached to the kitchen is a mini bar where you can enjoy a drink or two (or more, no judgment here) with your friends. A mini laundry area with a washer is located between the bathroom & the master bedroom, a drying rack is located in the balcony. Guest access We are delighted to offer you our home, with full access to both bedrooms, balcony, bathroom with a few toiletries and towels, including pool towels, all the appliances, and the fully equipped kitchen, however, as with any family home, there are a few rules... And here's ours: 1. Please keep off the locked cabinets, the locks are there for the owner's privacy. Guests are free to use cabinets and doors without locks. 2. Per DCMI management regulations: * Airbnb guests have full access to the pools with a minimal fee of PhP 200 per head. *Pool schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 7am-9pm. Closed on Thursdays for weekly maintenance. On weekends and holidays, pools are reserved ONLY for Infina Tower residents. 3. Towels and pool towels are available for guests to use, however, please remember to bring them back up to the unit when finished. 4. Please remember to close & lock doors and windows before leaving the unit. Turn off all appliances & lights when not in use and also before going out. We love Mother Earth :) 5.
