Modern, cozy and with lots of natural light, with 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms; ideal for business in the southern sector of the city of Barranquilla, near Barranquilla International Airport and Roberto Melendez Metropolitan Stadium. The Las Palmas residential complex is just a few steps away from the Parque Alegra Shopping Center, Panorama Shopping Center, and Homecenter. Unfortunately, we do NOT have parking for cars or motorcycles. The space The apartment has two bedrooms with an air conditioner in each and two full bathrooms. Living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen and clothes washer. No air conditioning in the living/dining room. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan as does the dining room. We do not have parking for motorcycles or cars. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, however places such as the swimming pool, gym, courts, parking lot and other amenities of the residential complex are reserved solely and exclusively for the use of permanent residents. Other things to note The apartment is located on the corner, 11th floor, which is the top floor of this tower. This means that this apartment is very quiet since we only share a wall with another apartment on that floor and we do not have apartments above. Additionally, due to its location, it receives an excellent breeze that comes from the Magdalena River and the burning sun does not hit it all afternoon. The apartment has a single 47-inch HD TV, smart (Smart TV) in the living room. Netflix service available , we do not have cable service. We do NOT have parking for motorcycles or cars.
